Our VIP after-sales care means you have access to a dedicated service centre located right in the heart of Central London (Primrose Hill) offering a range of benefits including:
- Priority bookings for servicing and/or repairs
- Your own Personal Service Advisor allocated to you at point of sale
- The option for while-u-wait servicing, or free collection & delivery and a replacement loan vehicle whilst your car is being serviced.
- Access to the Volvo Cars London Mobile Customer Support Unit – able to travel to you for minor repairs and diagnostic work (saving you having to bring your car into the service centre unnecessarily).
- Free post-service wash and vacuum

In addition, in the unlikely event your Volvo requires roadside recovery; customers taking delivery in Europe get the benefit of Volvo Assistance Europe cover at no extra cost, for a period of three years from the date of delivery.
Volvo Assistance Europe is at your service 24 hours a day and in addition to roadside assistance includes:
- Recovery of your vehicle to the nearest Volvo dealer for repair
- Your choice of either accommodation, a rental vehicle, return to place of residence or continuation of journey
- Recovery of the repaired vehicle.
